While I loved working in-house for many years as an HR Manager and Technical Recruiter in Corporate America, I became passionate about the idea of helping more individuals and small businesses succeed - more specifically those in underrepresented communities who may not have the resources they need at their fingertips. As someone who was mentored throughout my career and put on a path to being successful in HR, I view ThinkSharpe as my opportunity to give back by sharing my knowledge and expertise in many areas of Human Resources.
